  Dear Studio Movie Grill,
  
  I love you. Your food is delicious (especially the coconut chicken tenders). Your prices are reasonable. Your specials are actually great deals. Your waiters are (usually) great and try to stay out of the way as much as possible.
  
  But your seats suck. By the end of the movie my butt hurts and I'm squirming around- unsuccessfully trying to get comfortable. If you got new seats, you would undoubtedly be the best theater in a wide radius. Everything about you is already superior. Yet, if I can't get comfortable, I'm going to go to another theater with better seats. I don't want to do that, so please don't make me.
