  HORRIBLE! I have been a customer of this dry cleaners for many years; there are no other cleaners I have used. They are a local business and I like to support local. My guess is that I have spent $100 a month with them for years. I am not sure what happened to them recently - perhaps it was some change of ownership or management - but the experience I just had was just awful. I recently noticed an expensive suit they dry cleaned for me came back damaged. Whatever happened the suit came back shrunk. It was noticeable enough that my wife commented on it immediately when I put the suit on right off the Danada hanger. The pants are almost a full inch shorter than they were before. I wear suits almost every day for work and I know how they fit. I am also very, very particular about the length of my pants. When I talked to the management or owner of the cleaner ‘Lee’ and explained the situation he refused to take any responsibility whatsoever. He refused to offer any kind of fix or resolution. He denied that any damage had occurred and wanted me to figure out a way to prove that the suit had shrunk. He even went so far as to ask me to prove that they were the cleaner that did the work. He was accusing me of lying. If you value any of the clothes you need professional help with, stay away from this business. They do not care about their customers. I would give zero or negative stars if I could but the system won't let me.
