  I brought in my Dogma with some minor head tube distortion I was concerned about. After inspecting my bike, they advised me to leave it with them for further inspection. Monday around noon I received a call saying that all the pictures and documentation had been submitted, and was to be reviewed by the manufacturer, usually a 5 day process. By Friday, I received another communication that the documentation was still under review, but I should have an answer early in the week. The following Monday, a replacement frame was approved for me. I was immediately emailed available stock and given a choice of replacement frames. Withing the hour, my new frame was ordered and in the hands of the manufacturer. The following Tuesday I was informed that my frame will be in Friday morning. I asked if it was possible to get my bike re-assembled for the weekend and they said not a problem. 6pm that Friday my bike was ready to go!
  
  I went from a cracked frame to fully replaced bicycle in under 3 weeks thanks to the awesome efforts of Chris and everyone at Spokes. Great communication and excellent customer service!! These are the guys to go to for all of your cycling needs!
