  They work to solve your problems, not merely sell their products.
  
  I have been using this location for several years now because of their unprecedented customer service. They have always worked to find a solution to whatever phone related issue I was having, even if that meant NOT selling me something.
  I actually drive past another Sprint store every time I need to come here.
  
  This store is the only reason I am still a Sprint customer.
