  I'm very pleased with this bank. The employees very friendly and are always looking to minimize wait lines (which is rare). Some banks either try to 1.) Always try to sell you extra accounts or 2.) Really don't care about their job. This is neither of that. The other thing I like is they have a good mixture of ages. It's not a bunch of 20 year olds, which I often see in a back. Nothing against 20 year olds but a good blend is appreciated.
  
  This bank is good on the phone as well. They actually answer their phone, instead of asking you to listen to a press 1 of this, press 2 for that. It is personalized banking.
